MEET THE PERSON BEHIND YOLK AND ON BAKERY
Hi! I’m Jonathan Yard, and I’m thrilled you stopped by my page. I’m the owner and CEO of Yolk And On Bakery, the creator of those delicious bites of heaven many of you have been enjoying!
My journey in the kitchen began at the age of 2, helping my parents cook and bake. Over the years, I discovered the joy and connections that a simple brownie or chocolate chip cookie could bring to people. Visiting and shopping at local farmers markets, I was inspired by the relationships with small business owners and the transparency of knowing exactly what I was purchasing. This sparked my interest and passion, leading me to hone my skills further. Now, 14 years later, I’m excited to share my passion and skills with our community!
In Fall 2022, I started my journey by selling my signature Brown Butter Blondies to friends and family. Soon after, I perfected my cinnamon rolls, which have become my best-sellers. Unlike traditional cinnamon rolls, mine are topped with a Brown Butter Vanilla Bean Glaze and have been dubbed “The Best Cinnamon Rolls in TX!” by my clients. We now serve clients from Spring to Huntsville and attend events everywhere in between!

I strive to source the best ingredients on the market – all natural, no preservatives. Not only do my products look great, but they also taste amazing. You can always count on consistency and quality!
